At Nuneaton Phone Repairs, we stand behind the quality of our work. All repairs come with a warranty to give you peace of mind. Below are the details of our warranty coverage.
Screen Repairs
Our screen repairs are covered for 06 months from the date of repair. This includes:
- Display functionality (touch response, color accuracy)
- Adhesion (screen staying properly seated)
- Manufacturing defects in the replacement part
Free screen protector included with every screen repair (installed at time of repair).
Battery Replacements
Our batteries come with a comprehensive 06-month warranty covering:
- Battery health degradation (should maintain at least 80% capacity)
- Charging functionality
- Battery swelling or other physical defects
Other Repairs
Other repairs (charging ports, speakers, cameras, buttons, etc.) are covered for 3 months against:
- Workmanship defects
- Part failures under normal use
What's Not Covered
Our warranty does not cover:
- Physical Damage: New cracks, breaks, or damage caused by drops or impacts after the repair
- Liquid Damage: Water or other liquid exposure after the repair
- Unauthorized Modifications: Repairs or attempts by third parties after our service
- Normal Wear and Tear: Cosmetic wear, minor scratches
- Accessories: Cases, screen protectors (unless installed by us and defective)
- Data Loss: We are not responsible for lost data
Warranty Process
If you experience an issue covered by warranty:
- Contact us immediately via phone, WhatsApp, or email
- Provide your repair details – date of repair, device model, and issue description
- Bring or send the device to us for inspection (local drop-off or by arrangement)
- We'll diagnose the issue within 1-2 business days
- If covered, we'll repair at no cost – usually within 24-48 hours
15-Day Screen Protector Replacement
If your screen protector (installed by us) gets damaged within 15 days of your repair, we'll replace it free of charge. After 15 days, replacement is available for a small fee.
Warranty Exclusions & Limitations
- Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original customer.
- Proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all warranty claims.
- Warranty does not cover devices with unauthorized software modifications (jailbroken/rooted devices).
- We reserve the right to refuse warranty service if the device shows signs of tampering or abuse.
- In some cases, we may offer a refund or partial refund instead of repair, at our discretion.
Extended Warranty Options
Ask us about our extended warranty options for additional coverage beyond the standard period. Available on most repairs for a small additional fee.
